my morning start...

ow when the sun come up
i'll be there to say what up
in the morning brush my teeth
find that clip I've been lookin
for since last night
i feel so caught up in a bud
i float somehow in my bedroom turn around see myself in the mirror
I guess I'm cool and
those happy thoughts, in my head, I'm feeling like I'm peter pan minus the tights and the fairies happy to see how far I've come to the same place it began my dreams and imagination perfectly at peace so I move along a bit higher.
Any time i hear my ringtone am always inspired to excel.my day started well.let's see how it ends

why sleep is important

I woke up this morning and i said to myself why do i not sleep well.so i want to educate you pips about sleep.hey beautiful people ever wonder why u need sleep?? funny question i know, well we do have sleep anyways.. Thats right!! In this issue of healthy Sunday, Am sharing five benefits of sleeping.

  1. Sleep helps to repair your body
Your body produces extra protein molecules while you're sleeping, and these help to mend your body at a cellular level.
  2. Sleep helps keep your heart healthy;
Your heart and cardiovascular system is constantly under pressure, and one of the benefits of sleep is that it helps to reduce the levels of stress and inflammation in your body. Sleep can also help keep blood pressure and cholesterol levels (which play a role in heart disease) lower.
  3. Sleep Helps the Body Make Repairs
Sleep is a time for your body to repair damage caused by stress, ultraviolet rays and other harmful exposures. Your cells produce more protein while you are sleeping. These protein molecules form the building blocks for cells, allowing them to repair damage.

  4. Sleep improves your memory
That 'foggy' feeling that you struggle with when deprived of sleep makes it difficult to concentrate. One of the great benefits of sleep is that it allows your brain to better process new experiences and knowledge, increasing your understanding and retention. So, next time you hear someone say "why don't you sleep on it", take their advice!
  5. Sleeping properly can help you to control your body weight
Now, this one might surprise you! One of the lesser known benefits of sleep is that it helps regulate the hormones that affect and control your appetite. When your body is deprived of sleep, the normal hormone balances are interrupted and your appetite increases. Unfortunately this increase in appetite doesn't lead to a craving for fruits and veggies, no, instead your body longs for food high in calories, fats and carbohydrates! So, if you're trying to lose those stubborn few pounds that just keep hanging around, make sure that getting enough sleep becomes a priority.
Pretty amazing thing this sleep isn't it? And it's something most of us take so much for granted.
If you usually sleep well, be grateful for this miracle of nature.
If you don't, then click this might help.
